摘要
基于1991—2009年军队卫生系统当选院士情况,分析军队卫生系统高端人才培养的水平和能力,为做好军队卫生系统人才培养提供科学依据和重要参考。
By analyzing academicians selection in the military health system between 1991 and 2009,we found that the military health system possessed strong capability and high level in cultivating talents,which provided a reference for further talents cultivation for the military health system.
