摘要
对传统饮品—袋泡“八宝茶”进行剖析,精选绿茶、红枣、桂圆、枸杞子为原料,经浸取、脱气、过滤、杀菌等工序制得液体复合茶饮料。对关键生产工艺进行了探讨。
This paper focused on the analysis of traditional beverage-“Eight-treasures Tea”in bag and the study on its key production technology,in which a liquid compound tea beverage was produced by carefully selecting green tea,red date,longan and Lycium chinense as raw materials,soaking them in water,deaerating,filtrating and sterilizing,etc.
