摘要
讨论在中小型浸出油厂一次性浸出大豆中降低胚片厚度和提高胚片质量，调整适宜的浸出条件，可将粕残油和溶耗分别控制在１．１ ％ 和６ｋｇ／ｔ 料以下。
This paper discussed on the subject in the direct extraction processing in medium and small size of extraction mill,we could control the residual oil and the solvent consume as below 1.1% and 6kg respectively. By decreasing the thickness of the soy flake, and improving the quality of the soy flake , adjusting a proper extraction condition .
