烟草几种重要病害拮抗菌的筛选

Screening of antagonists against several important tobacco diseases

从山东滕州、临沂等县（市）的烟草、番茄和辣椒根际采集土壤样本１５份，经室内分离纯化获得细菌１０２株、放线菌５５株。以烟草赤星病菌、野火病菌和青枯病菌等为指示菌，对１５７个菌株进行平板对峙培养法抑菌测定。

soil samples were collected from tobacco growing fields and tomato growing fields in Tengzhou,Linyi and other counties of Shandong Province.Through isolation and purification,102 bacterial isolates and 55 actinomyces isolates were obtained.In duel culture tests,all isolates were tested for their antagonism by using Alternaria alternata,Pseudomonas syringae pav Tabaci,Pseadomonas solanacearum and Botrytis cinerea as indicator strains.The results showed that 33 isolates of bacteria and 22 isolates of actinomyces had antagonistic effects on at least one pathogenic fungus or bacterium.
