甘草有效成份的提取分离汉与多种物质进行协同抗氧化研究。结果表明,经水浸泡后的甘草分别用乙醇、乙醚提取的租提物,经过不断的抗氧化筛选和薄层层析分离,获得百草中最佳抗氧化活性物质─—亮黄色组分。它与多种物质协同,其抗氧化能力比BHT最大使用最还强。
