摘要 甘草有效成份的提取分离汉与多种物质进行协同抗氧化研究。结果表明,经水浸泡后的甘草分别用乙醇、乙醚提取的租提物,经过不断的抗氧化筛选和薄层层析分离,获得百草中最佳抗氧化活性物质─—亮黄色组分。它与多种物质协同,其抗氧化能力比BHT最大使用最还强。 A effective Component was extracted and separated from licorice root(Glyrrhiza), and used as antioxidant by the synergistic action with a range of substances. It is discovered that a excellent antioxidic active substance (bright yellow component) from licorice ant can be obtained according to the following procedure:The licorice root after immersion with water was extracted with ethanol and ether , respectively, the toth organic solvents extractives obtained and the ether -extracted preducts via thin - layer chromto - graphy twice were all tested for the anti - oxidisabllity and picked out from them. This active substance has the stronger anti - oxidisa - bility than that of rnaxmum quantity BHT ued while synergism.
