摘要
用XPS研究了粘胶基碳纤维在不同硝酸浓度条件下氧化后表面基团的变化规律。结果表明:随着电化学氧化中硝酸浓度的增加,碳纤维表面羟基的数量逐渐下降,羰基和羧基的数量则逐渐增加。碳纤维表面含氧基团总数随着硝酸浓度的增加,呈现下降趋势。
The surface groups of rayon based carbon fibres were analysed by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy after electrochemical oxidation with different nitric acid concentration.The results indicated that the amount of hydroxyl and the total amount of oxygen containing groups decreased and the carboxylic and carbonyl groups increased with the increase of the nitric acid concentration.
