Review on Competitive Intelligence Work of Chinese Enterprises from Riotinto Business Spy Case

在分析力拓案中商业秘密泄漏原因的基础上,提出了我国企业竞争情报工作的不足之处,指出了力拓案为中国企业的商业信息安全敲响了警钟,也为我们审视中国企业的竞争情报工作提供了一个视角。

Based on analyzing the causes of business secrets leaking in Riotinto business spy case,this paper puts forward some shortages existing in competitive intelligence work of Chinese enterprises,and points out that Riotinto business spy case sounds a warning on information security of Chinese enterprises as well as provides a new vision for us to inspect competitive intelligence work of Chinese enterprises.
