不同调节特性时调浆箱出浆口形状的设计方法

A Method for Designing the Outlet Shape of Regulating Mixing Chest According to Various Characteristics

针对目前造纸机调浆箱流量调节闸阀出口普遍采用矩形槽，调节特性不理想这一现状，基于流体力学的原理，结合流量调节特性表达式，通过数学方法，描述了流量、流速与出口形状之间的关系。

In accordance with the status that the characteristic of regulating mixing chest of paper machine are not satisfied due to its rectangle chamfer,a new method for designing the outlet shape of regulating mixing chest is proposed based on the principle of fluid mechanics,which can be used to design various of outlet chamfers according to the flow regulating feature needed.The relations between flow rate/velocity and outlet shape are also given.
