This paper analyzes some special requirements of digital age on news archivists,and points out that under the new situation the news archivists should stand on their post,strive to improve their political literacy,moral literacy,knowledge literacy,conceptual literacy and capacity literacy,and make greater contribution to the development of China＇s archives.
