PM #10 with a capacity of 200t/d and 6m width in Jilin Paper Mill,supplied by Valmet in 1959 was rebuilt in the period of the Eighth Five Year Plan.The reconstruction was divided into two phases due to the financial problem.A M 50 screen,an attenuator,a concept Ⅲ and tri nip press supplied by Beliot Co.were installed in the first phase.Rebuilt PM #10 began to produce quality newsprint two months later when the first phase rebuilding was finished in March 1996.The product quality and capacity of PM #10 have been improved significantly since the first phase rebuilding was completed
