AKD-LT中性/碱性造纸施胶剂的应用研究

Preparation and Application of AKD LT Neutral/Alkaline Sizing Agent

从ＡＫＤＬＴ中性造纸施胶应用工艺、助留剂、ＣａＣＯ３填料、ｐＨ值、干燥温度和熟化时间、麦草浆配比等方面对纸张的施胶效能进行了系统研究，也对全木浆抄纸和配有麦草浆抄纸的施胶程序作了探讨。应用结果表明，经ＡＫＤＬＴ施胶后，纸的强度、施胶度和灰分含量等都有较大的提高。

The effects of AKD LT sizing technology,retention agents,CaCO 3 filler,pH value,drying temperature,aging time,and wheat straw pulp content on paper sizing efficiency were investigated thoroughly.Sizing procedures for both chemical wood pulp and wood pulp mixing with wheat straw pulp were discussed.The study results showed that paper strength,sizing efficiency and ash content of the sheet with AKD LT sizing increased significantly.
