摘要
阐述了草菇收后的生理活性,气调包装保鲜原理,并对草菇气调小包装进行了研究,提出了适合草菇气调保鲜的包装材料。
Abstract This paper takes a basic research on the actorssuch as materials、temperature、packaging atmosphere,which have influence on the effect of the CAP technology for keeping mushroom frest. On the physical specificity and transmutation of mushroom, to select the best packaging materials temperature and packaging atmosphere for keeping mushroom fresh.
