摘要 良好的心理状态是进行声乐表演的前提性条件。学生因其自身特点在声乐学习和表演时往往更容易产生紧张心理,这一心理反应是声乐学习及舞台表演实践中必须克服的问题。本文作者在多年教学及舞台实践的基础上,结合心理学研究成果,对于舞台表演实践教学暗示进行了总结,以心理暗示有针对性地解决学生问题。 Good mental state is a prerequisite for vocal performance. Students tend to produce the psychological stress during the time of their learning and performance for their own characteristics, which is the very issue that needs to be overcome in the vocal and theatrical performances. This paper, based on the teaching and stage practice over the years and the results of psychological research, gives a summary to the suggestion of stage performance practice teaching with the purpose of solving the problem with psychological suggestion in a targeted manner.
