毛细管气相色谱法测定伤湿止痛膏中水杨酸甲酯的含量

Determination of Methyl Salicylate in Shangshizhitong Adhesive Plaster by Capillary Gas Chromatography

目的建立伤湿止痛膏中水杨酸甲酯含量的测定方法。方法气相色谱法采用弹性石英毛细管柱DB-WAX（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm）;FID检测器;载气：氮气;柱温：135℃。结果水杨酸甲酯与其他色谱峰得到良好的分离。回归方程：Y=3239.52X-4.5153,r=1.0,线性范围：40.92~81.84μg/ml,回收率为100.79%,RSD为3.34%。结论本法重复性好,快速、简便,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for determination of methyl salicylate in Shangshizhitong adhesive plaster.Methods gas chromatography was used for quantitative ananlysis.The gas chromatography system consisted of a DB-WAX capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm),with nitrogen as the carrier gas.The column temperature was set at 135℃.Results The constituents concerned were well separated under the chromatographic condition.The regression equation for methyl salicylate was Y=3239.52X-4.5153,r=1.0,and the linear range was 40.92~81.84 μg/ml.The average recovery of methyl salicylate was 100.79%(RSD=3.34%).Conclusion The method is reproducible,simple and suitable for quality control of the preparation.
