高效液相色谱法测定盐酸丁螺环酮贴剂的含量

Content Determination of Buspirone Hydrochloride in Patches Using high performance liquid chromatography Method

目的建立盐酸丁螺环酮贴剂的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：hp-ODS;流动相：乙腈-甲醇-0.01mol/L醋酸钠缓冲液（pH=4.5）（30∶50∶20）;检测波长：250nm。结果盐酸丁螺环酮进样量在50~1600ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.9%。结论本法灵敏,准确,重复性好,专属性强。

Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method to determine the content of buspirone hydrochloride in patches.Mehtods Hphypesic ODS column was used as the fixed phase while the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-0.01 mol/L NaAC buffer solution（30∶50∶20）.The detection wavelength was 250nm.Results The linear range of buspirone hydrochloride was 50-1600ng.The average recovery was 100.7% and the relative standard deviation（RSD） was 1.9%.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and applicable to analysis of buspirone hydrochloride in patches.
