摘要
目的研究化学农药吡虫啉对枸杞子多糖(LBP)含量的影响。方法在枸杞蚜虫和木虱发生危害时,喷施20%吡虫啉可溶性溶液,定期取样,烘干备用。采用苯酚-硫酸法提取,分光光度法测定LBP含量。结果枸杞子喷药样品在药后0~3 d,LBP含量随时间推移逐渐升高,药后3 d达到最高;药后10 d,LBP含量降到最低;药后21 d,LBP含量接近对照。总之,喷药样品的LBP含量高于对照,并有显著性差异。结论吡虫啉对枸杞子多糖含量有一定影响。
Objective To study the effect of pesticide on the content of ploysaccharide in Lycium barbarum L.(LBP).Methods The trees of Lycium barbarum L.were sprayed with imidacloprid 20%SL while they were attacked by Aphis sp.and Paratrioza sinica.Then the samples of Lycium barbarum L.were picked regucarly and dried to be reserved.LBP was extracted by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the content was measured by spectrophotometry method.Results The content of LBP increased with time after application of pesticide in 0~3 d.It reached the peak at D3.After ten days the content was reduced to the minimum,close to the control after 21days.In summary,the LBP of samples was obviously higher than that of the control.Conclusion Imidacloprid has some effect on the content of LBP.
