作为西方哲学思想的原始主义曾对中国现代文学产生过深刻影响,从而成为中国现代文学的重要思想资源。中国现代文学中的原始主义主要表现为历史原始主义、田园式原始主义、父亲式原始主义、英雄主义原始主义以及文化原始主义五种类型。中国现代文学中的原始主义具有启蒙意义,其主旨是在重塑民族性格,再造中华文化。

Primitivism as a Western philosophic school used to exercise great influence on, so became one of the leading ideological sources of Chinese modern literature. Manifestations of primitivism in Chinese modern literature include the following five trends, that is, historical primitivism, pastoral primitivism, patriarchal primitivism, heroic primitivism and cultural primitivism. Above all, primitivism in modern Chinese literature is enlightening, whose aim is to re-establish national character and re-make Chinese culture.
