摘要 以石油产品检测中闭口闪点检测为例,分析了装配式Pt100传感器和GB1水银温度计的数学模型,首次引入三阶模型描述装配式Pt100传感器的动态特性.通过阶跃响应实验,辅以Matlab软件计算仿真,得到二者传递函数,提出了基于传递函数将前者的动态特性逼近于后者的补偿算法,并将该算法应用于实际检测中,与传统的选取单一曲线进行补偿的方法相比,得到了更好的逼近效果.该算法可以推广应用到对传感器动态特性有明确要求的测温系统中. Taking the closed cup flash point testing in the domain of petroleum products testing for example,the mathematical models of sheathed Pt100 sensor and GB1 mercury thermometer are analyzed,and the 3rd order model to describe the dynamic characteristics of sheathed Pt100 sensor is introduced for the first time. Assisted with calculation and simulation using Matlab software,their transfer functions are evaluated via step response experiments. A compensation algorithm based on transfer functions is presented,which can be used to make the former approach the latter on dynamic characteristics. In practice,the algorithm can get better compensation effect than the traditional method which is compensated with a selected static temperature curve,and also can be used in temperature measurement systems in which dynamic characteristics of sensors are definitely required.
