摘要
研究了采用绝缘门极晶体管ＩＧＢＴ的４００Ｈｚ中频逆变电源系统，用数模混合控制电路对输出电压及输出正弦波形进行闭环控制．实验结果表明，输出正弦波形的质量及动态性能均很好，且有较高的可靠性．
Control Engineering Department of ZILI Song Yinmao Li LijuanThe 400Hz medium frequency inverter with IGBT is researched.The output voltage and output sinusoidal wave of inverter is controlled through the use of digital analogue composite circuit.It is verified by experiment.The shape of output sinusoidal wave and the dynamic characteristic is controlled better,and the reliability of system is also better.
