摘要
针对锅炉系统使用环境恶劣、控制器易损坏的问题，采用ＦＸ２－２４ＭＲＰＬＣ替代由单片机和电子线路组成的控制器对燃油蒸气锅炉进行控制，用高效率的步进梯形指令编程．改造后的系统保证了生产的连续性，生产效率大大提高．
To counter the problem that the controller of boiler system is damaged easily because of the adverse circumstances,the FX2 24MR PLC is used to replace the controller for oil steam boiler that consists of microcomputer and electric circuit.The continuity of production is guaranteed and the produce efficient is raised.
