摘要
协同适当的温度处理对嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌Ａｓ１．９９９进行了高静压杀菌试验。试验结果表明，适当温度处理能有效提高高静村的灭菌率。加压前预热处理（４５℃，２５ｍｉｎ）比加压后热处理杀菌效果要好，且在不同预热处理温度４５，６５，８５℃下，６５℃的预热处理协同高静压灭菌率最高。
Combination with heating, B.stearothermophilus (As1.999) was chosen to be sterilized by High Hydrastatic Pressure(HHP).It was indicated that effective temperature treatment could increased the sterilization rate of HHP.The pre heating conditions(45 ℃) was betler for the inactivation of spores than the post heating.At different temperature(45,65,85 ℃)pre heating conditiens,the sterilization results at 65 ℃ combination whih HHP was superior to others.
