摘要
分析了上海服务业发展的现状，探讨了“十二五”期间上海服务业发展的工作目标、任务和思路，并提出了相应的对策措施。
This paper analyzed the situation of the services in Shanghai, and discussed the development goals, tasks and basic principles of the industry during the ＇12th Five-Year＇ Plan period in Shanghai with some suggestions.
