摘要
改革开放以来,上海餐饮业取得了迅速发展和诸多进步,但也存在不少问题。“十二五”期间上海餐饮业的发展目标应该是:从“传统”到“现代”的飞跃。为此,提出了“现代餐饮业”的标志,以及为实现这些目标的努力方向。
Since the reforming and open-up policy carded out, although Shanghai catering has achieved rapid devel- opment and great progress, there are still some problems. The development object of catering during the period of the '12th Five-Year' Plan should be the leaping from 'tradi- tional' to 'modem'. Therefore, the author brings forth the mark of 'modem catering' and the suggestions as well.
