从传统餐饮业到现代餐饮业的飞跃——上海餐饮业“十二五”发展战略的思考

改革开放以来，上海餐饮业取得了迅速发展和诸多进步，但也存在不少问题。“十二五”期间上海餐饮业的发展目标应该是：从“传统”到“现代”的飞跃。为此，提出了“现代餐饮业”的标志，以及为实现这些目标的努力方向。

Since the reforming and open-up policy carded out, although Shanghai catering has achieved rapid devel- opment and great progress, there are still some problems. The development object of catering during the period of the ＇12th Five-Year＇ Plan should be the leaping from ＇tradi- tional＇ to ＇modem＇. Therefore, the author brings forth the mark of ＇modem catering＇ and the suggestions as well.
