摘要
近年来,支气管哮喘发病率呈逐年上升趋势,有效控制哮喘的发生对哮喘患者的生活质量至关重要。目前研究认为气道炎症和气道重构是支气管哮喘病理过程的两个重要方面。此过程与多种炎性蛋白的高表达有关,而核转录因子.KB(NF—KB)作为这些炎症蛋白的上游调控因子参与了哮喘的病理发展。由此,特异性的抑制NF—KB信号转导通路为支气管哮喘的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。
The incidence'of asthma is increasing year by year. Therefore, to effectively control asthma is critical for the quality of life of the patients. Recent studies have revealed that the pathogenesis of asthma in- cludes airway inflammation and remodeling,which are closely related with the overexpression of a variety of in- flammatory proteins. Nuclear factor KB (NF-KB) mediates the expression of these inflammatory proteins, thereby contributing to the pathological development of asthma. The specific inhibition of NF-KB pathway might lead to a new way to the treatment of asthma.
