摘要
树突状细胞(DC)可通过处理抗原并将其呈递至其它免疫细胞引发免疫应答。已有很多临床前研究利用DC来设计人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)疫苗。这些研究通过不同的HIV抗原和DC类型、病毒载体及免疫佐剂来设计疫苗并引发抗HIV免疫应答。这表明DCHIV疫苗在HIV的免疫治疗中具有应用前景,对于其临床应用的安全性和有效性还需进一步研究。
Dentritic cell(DC), which functions to process antigen and present it on the surface to other cells of the immune system, is important in inducing immune response. There are many preclinical studies utili- zing DCs to develop human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) vaccine. Those studies 'mostly focus on different HIV antigen, types of DCs, viral vectors, and immunologic adjuvants. It has been demonstrated that dentritic cell-based HIV vaccine is a potential approach in HIV immunotherapy. Further studies on the clinical safety and efficacy of DC-based HIV vaccine are needed.
