[目的]观察辨证分型治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]将76例分肝胃气滞、胃热内蕴、脾胃气虚、胃阴亏虚等四型,辨证用药,3个月为1个疗程。[结果]76例中,治愈32例,显效28例,有效13例,无效3例。[结论]辨证分型治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著。

[ Method] 76 patients with stagnation of qi of the liver and stomach, stomach -heat produced inside,deficiency of spleen - QI and stomach - QI, There is not enough stomach - yin for nourishment, diferentiation of syndromes administer, 3 months of a course of treatment. [ Results ] 76 cases were cured 32 cases, effective 28 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 3 cases.[Conclusion ] The differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome treatment of chronic superficial gastritis should have obvious curative effects.
