[目的]观察补阳还五汤加味治疗中风后遗症临床疗效。[方法]采用补阳还五汤加味,嘱患者加强功能锻炼,并配合针灸、理疗、按摩等。[结果]痊愈28例,好转70例,无效2例。[结论]补阳还五汤具有扩张血管,改善微循环,促进瘀血吸收的作用。

[ Objective] To observe Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment of stroke sequelae of clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] Buyanghuanwu decoction flavor, advised the patient to enhance functional exercise, and acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage. [ Results ] Recovered 28 cases, improvement 70 cases, ineffective 2 cases. [ Conclusion] Buyanghuanwu decoction with the expansion of blood vessels, improve microcirculation, promote the absorption of the role of blood stasis.
