人细胞色素P450 2A13基因在舌癌中的表达

摘要 目的:比较分析细胞色素P4502A13(cytochrome P450 2A13,CYP2A13)分别在舌癌组织及其对应癌旁组织中的表达水平,探讨CYP2A13与舌癌的相关性。方法:采用实时定量PCR和Western blot技术分别检测26例舌癌组织及其对应癌旁组织中CYP2A13mRNA及蛋白表达。结果:CYP2A13 mRNA及蛋白在舌癌组织中表达量均低于对应的癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:CYP2A13在舌癌组织中表达降低,结合CYP2A13的功能,提示CYP2A13在癌组织中的表达降低可能是舌癌发生发展过程中的自我保护效应。 Objective:To analyze the relationship between the cytochrome P450 2A13(CYP2A13) gene and tongue cancer.Methods:CYP2A13 mRNA and protein were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and western blot respecytively in 26 cases of oral cancer and their corresponding adjacent tissues.Results:CYP2A13 mRNA and protein were expressed in tongue cancer and their surroundings.And the expression of CYP2A13 mRNA and protein in tongue cancer is much lower than in their surroundings(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:Down-regulated expression of CYP2A13 may be involved in the development and progression of tongue cancer due to the increase activity of certain carcinogens,and the exact mechanism needs to be further studied.
