阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对男性患者血清铁蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)对男性患者血清铁蛋白的影响及其可能的临床意义。方法:以多导睡眠监测仪监测研究对象,并根据病情分为轻度、中度和重度3组,选择健康体检者为对照组,以电化学发光法测定所有研究对象的血清铁蛋白水平。结果:OSAS患者血清铁蛋白水平明显较对照组为高,差异具有统计学意义;血清铁蛋白水平与OSAS严重程度有关,并且血清铁蛋白水平与睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.01)。结论:OSAS可能是导致血清铁蛋白水平升高的一个因素。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and serum ferritin (SF) Methods: 80 patients with OSAS were enrolled as subjects and 80 normal person as control Based on apnea hypopnea index(AHI), the patients were divided into mild, moderate, and severe subgroups. SF levels were measured by eleetrogenerated chemil Results:The levels of SF in OSAS group were higher than those in the control group;there was a positive correlation between the level of SF and AHI. Conelusion:OSAS might be one of the causes of increased SF.
