两种术式治疗急性嵌顿痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Two Different Surgical Procedures in the Treatment of Acute Incarcerated Hemorrhoids

为比较改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（改良PPH）与Milligan—Morgan术治疗急性嵌顿痔的临床效果，将70例急性嵌顿痔患者随机分为两组，分别对采用改良PPH（治疗组）和Milligan-Morgan术（对照组）的治疗效果进行回顾性分析，对两组手术时间、住院时间、术后疼痛指数、术后并发症、愈合时间、患者满意度等指标进行比较。结果表明，治疗组在缩短手术时间、减轻术后疼痛、减少术后并发症、患者满意度等方面优于对照组。

The objective of the study was to compare the therapeutic outcomes of improved PPH and Milligan-Morgan procedure in the treatment of acute incarcerated hemorrhoid. Seventy patients with this disease were randomized into 2 groups, patients in the study group underwent the improved PPH,while patients in the control group underwent Milligan-Morgan procedure. The therapeutic outcomes were analyzed,and the indexes such as operative time, hospital stay, postoperative pain score, postoperative complication, healing time, patient satisfaction score in the two groups were compared. It is revealed that the aspects of operative time reduction, postoperative pain relief, postoperative complication reduction and patient satisfaction score in the study group were superior to that in the control group.
