PPH加芍倍注射液注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂合并重度痔

Therapeutic Efficacy of the Combined Therapy of PPH plus Shaobei Injection in the Treatment of Internal Rectal Mucosal Prolapse Complicated with Severe Hemorrhoids

为探讨直肠黏膜内脱垂合并重度痔的手术方法，采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合芍倍注射液注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂合并重度痔19例。结果显示，治愈15例，有效4例，治愈率78．9％。术后肛门有不同程度的疼痛10例，尿潴留8例，平均手术时间30min，术后平均住院7d，近期无吻合口狭窄和严重的并发症，远期疗效有待于进一步观察。结果表明，PPH加芍倍注射液注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂合并重度痔是一种有效的方法，手术安全，简单，住院时间短，并发症少，恢复快。

In order to explore the operative method for internal rectal mucosal prolapse accompanied by severe hemorrhoids nineteen patients with this disease underwent the combined treatment of PPH plus Shaobei injection. Results showed that of the 19 cases, 15 got cured and 4 got improved, the cure rate was 78.9%. Postoperative anal pain occurred in 10 cases, urine retention in 8 cases, the average operation time was 30 minutes and average hospital stay was 7 days. Short-term no severe complications and anastomotic stricture occurred, long-term therapeutic efficacy will be observation. It is concluded that the combined therapy of PPH plus Shaobei injection in the treatment of internal rectal mucosal prolapse complicated with severe hemorrhoids is effective in treatment, simple ＆ safe in operation, less in complications ＆ hospital stay and quicker in recovery.
