迈之灵口服结合中药熏洗外用栓剂治疗痔的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Oral Aescuven Forte, Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation ＆ Lotio Plus Suppository in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

为观察迈之灵口服结合中药熏洗、外用栓剂治疗痔的临床疗效，将146例痔患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组76例采用迈之灵口服、中药熏洗并予马应龙麝香痔疮栓纳入肛内治疗；对照组70例仅予马应龙麝香痔疮栓纳入肛内，7d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后评价结果。结果显示，治疗组治愈率59．2％，总有效率89．5％；对照组治愈率35．7％，总有效率67．1％，两组治愈率和总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结果表明，迈之灵口服、中药熏洗并予马应龙麝香痔疮栓纳入肛内，3种不同的治疗方法配合应用治疗痔的疗效较为理想。

One hundred and forty six patients with hemorrhoids were divided into two groups, patients in the study group（ n =76） received oral aescuven forte, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation ＆ lotio plus Ma Yinglong Musk hemorrhoid suppository, so as investigate the therapeutic effect of this combined therapy. Successive 7 day＇s medication was regarded one course of treatment,and evaluation was made after two courses of treatment. As results,the cure rate and total improvement rate in the study group and control group were 59.2% vs 35.7% and 89.5% vs 67.1% respectively（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the combined therapy of oral aescuven forte, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation ＆ lotio and Ma Yinglong Musk suppository is of better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
