摘要
为探讨女性肠梗阻病因、发病特点及与年龄的相关性，回顾性分析女性肠梗阻62例病例资料。结果显示，女性肠梗阻病因主要是结直肠恶性肿瘤占34％，60岁以上老年组与青中年组之比为2：1。动力性肠梗阻占31％，以老年女性为主。粘连性肠梗阻占16％。62例患者中21例行手术治疗，3例死于并发症，其余治愈；保守治疗41例，12例死亡，病死率29％。结果表明，女性肠梗阻首要病因是结直肠恶性肿瘤，特别是老年女性，动力性肠梗阻值得重视。提高警惕，早期及时诊断，积极手术治疗是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。
The objective of the study was to get a better understanding etiology,characteristic of female intestinal obstruction（FIO） and its correlation with age. The data of 62 women with FIO were analyzed retrospectively. It is revealed that the most common etiological cause of FIO was colorectal carcinoma（34G） which existed in women 60 more than years of age and in women below 60 years of age in a ratio of 2 ： 1; dynamic intestinal obstruction was 31% ,mainly in senile females,while adhesive intestinal obstruction was 16%. Of the 62 eases,21 underwent surgical treatment（3 died of complications, 18 got cured）,and 41 received conservative treatment（12 died,the fatality rate was 29%）. It is concluded that FIO of dynamic type and carcinomous type are common,special attention should he paid to the latter in senile women;and early diagnosis and surgical treatment are very important.
