摘要 目的对海洋红树植物桐花树内生菌GT20021545发酵液进行化学成分研究。方法采用树脂、硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等手段,结合其理化性质分离海洋红树植物桐花树内生菌GT20021545发酵液的化学成分,并运用波谱分析方法,对化合物的结构进行解析鉴定。结果与结论从内生菌GT20021545发酵液中分离得到10个化合物:4个吲哚类化合物,5个苯环类化合物,1个环二肽类化合物。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fermentation broth from mangrove endophyte GT20021545, which was isolated from a mangrove plant Aegiceras corniculatum. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated based on chemical and spectral analyses. Results and Conclusion Ten compounds including four indole, five benzene and one cyclodipeptides were isolated from the fermentation broth of GT20021545.
