摘要 分析了湿法气流床气化系统中氯离子的来源、质量浓度及氯离子的腐蚀机理、危害。针对高硫低氯、高硫高氯、低硫高氯3种氯离子腐蚀情况进行探讨,提出湿法气流床气化装置应对氯离子腐蚀的选材原则及采取的相应措施:增加废水排放量,降低系统氯离子浓度;合理选材;增加内衬,提高设备及管道的防腐能力。并提出了防止氯离子腐蚀的一些建议。 The source and mass concentration of chloride ion,and its corrosion mechanism and harm in the entrained flow coal-water slurry gasification system were analyzed.Chlorine corrosion of high-sulfur and low-chloride, high-sulfur and high-chlorine,low-sulfur and high-chloride were discussed.Suggestions on and the principles of material selection about improving the entrained flow CWS-gasification equipment as well as corrosion resistance to chloride ion were proposed.
