太化公司焦化厂粗苯生产原采用蒸汽法脱苯工艺,经过技术改造后采用减压蒸馏脱苯工艺。介绍了改进前后不同的工艺流程、工艺参数,并对改造效果进行了分析。新工艺投入生产以来,运行正常,粗苯产量得到提高,节能减排效果明显。

The water steam method was originally adopted to remove benzene for crude benzene production in the coking plant of Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.Thanks to the technical revamping activity,the new vacuum distillation technology for benzene removal was introduced.The different technological processes and parameters before and after the technical reform were introduced and the effects analyzed.The plant has been under normal operation since the new technology was executed and the output of crude benzene increased.The effect of energy-saving and emission reducing has been remarkable.
