摘要
目的研究雌激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫内膜增生症模型的可靠性。方法将健康成年SD大鼠20只,随机分成2组,空白组、模型组,采用雌激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫内膜增生症模型,比较大鼠子宫湿重、子宫指数、观察大鼠子宫大体形态、子宫内膜厚度,光镜及透射电镜下观察大鼠子宫内膜组织特征。结果雌激素负荷造模后,大鼠子宫湿重等各项指标均显著增加;大体观子宫明显增大;光镜下模型组大鼠子宫内膜腺体增多,有背靠背现象,腺上皮细胞增生呈锯齿状,有假复层现象;透射电镜下模型组腺细胞数量明显增多,呈高柱状,胞浆内细胞器丰富,可见多个核仁、核浆比例升高。结论雌激素负荷法的造模方法能够成功建立大鼠子宫内膜增生症模型。
Objective To study reliability of endometrial hyperplasia model on ovariectomized rats with estrogen load methodMethods 20 healthy, adult rats were divided into two groups( control group and model group) and estrogen load method was used to create endometrial hyperplasia model. Rats" uterus weight uterus index were compared, uterus shape, endometrial thickness and tissue signature were observed. Results Uterus weight increased in model group, and size enlarged. Grands inside uterus increased and gland cell count increased in model group. Conclusion Rats uterus endometrial hyperplasia model was made successfully with estrogen load method .
