摘要
中层管理人员在企业中的地位和工作性质具有特殊性,其绩效考核方法建立是否科学、有效,成为整个绩效管理成败的关键。大量事实表明,企业激励和约束机制效果不明显,甚至导致负面效果的原因之一,就在于中层管理者绩效考核方法的失效。针对中层管理人员绩效考核存在的问题并结合企业实际,深入探讨KPI关键绩效指标法和360度考评法,并将两种方法组合应用,设计KPI关键绩效指标体系和中层管理人员绩效考核方法,尤其对关键业绩指标的提取、权重的分配、不同绩效考核指标的考核周期和绩效考核标准的确定等有实际意义。

The achievements inspection method establishment whether science and effective or not, it becomes the key to the entire achievements management success or failure. It has the practical significance that links to the enterprise reality in view of the middle managers achievements inspection existence's question, discusses the PKI essential achievements target law and 360 degree examination law thoroughly, and two method combination application, designs the KPI essential achievements indicator system and the middle managers achievements inspection method, especially to essential achievement target's extraction, weight assignment, the different achievements inspection target's inspection cycle and the achievements assessment criteria's determination and so on.
