基于多元线性回归与工程造价倒算的土木工程投资估算方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 土木工程在我国经济和社会发展中占有重要地位,造价控制是工程项目三大目标之一.本文通过建立同类型土木工程模型库、利用高精度土木工程造价预决算结果倒推低精度的思路,结合多元线性回归统计模型并科学合理将其利用.具有满足精度要求和使用方便的实用价值.利用基于多元线性回归与工程造价倒算的土木工程造价估算模型在住宅工程实际案例的计算中表明,此方法是有效的,而且在使用时只需要将建筑面积和建筑高度代入模型便可得出结果,十分便利,它为土木工程造价估算决策提供有价值的参考依据. Civil Engineering plays an important role in China's economic and social development,cost control is one of the three objectives of the project.In this paper,the same type of civil engineering through the establishment of model-base,using high-precision results of the Civil Engineering Cost Budget and Final Accounts counter-calculate the low accuracy of backward thought,combined with multiple linear regression statistical model and use it scientific and rational.It has meet the precision requirements and easy-to-use practical value.Multiple linear regression based on cost and engineering cost estimates counter-calculation model of civil engineering works in residential real case calculation shows that this method is effective,and only need to use floor area and building height drawn into the model will get a result,very convenient,and provide valuable decision-making frame of reference to cost estimates for civil engineering.
