摘要
分别以MS和WPM为基本培养基,研究了不同浓度的6-BA和IBA组合对3309、SO4、101及520 4种葡萄砧木茎段培养的影响,以单芽茎段的方式建立了葡萄砧木一次成苗的无菌快繁体系。结果表明,实验组中4种砧木均在以WPM为基本培养基时出芽率和生根率达到最高,并且3309、101、520在不添加任何激素的WPM培养基上一次成苗率最高,SO4在WPM+6-BA0.2mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L培养基上一次成苗率最高,大大缩短了4种砧木的繁殖周期。
To establish an efficient in vitro micropropagation system, the growth of shoots with one bud of four grapevine rootstocks (3309. SO4, 101 and 520) cultured on full-strength Murashige and Skoog (MS) and Woody Plant (WPM) media with different concentrations of 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) and indolebutyric acid (IBA) was investigated. The results showed that WPM was the best basal culture medium choice for the growth of shoots and roots, and the preferable medium for 3309. 101 and 520 was WPM without additional hormones, while the best medium for SO4 was WPM supplemented with 0.2mg/L 6-BA and 0.3mg/L IBA.
