摘要
2007年3月爆发的美国次贷危机充分暴露出美国房地产评估机构监管体制的问题。本文在分析美国房地产评估机构监管体制存在问题的基础上,结合我国的实际,提出完善我国房地产评估机构监管的对策建议,包括明确立法原则、加强法律机制建设、加大责任追究力度等。
The sub-prime crisis broken oul in March 2007 reveals the problems in the regulatory mechanism of real estate rating agency. Based on the problems found in USA and the current conditions of our country, this paper presents the ways to improve regulatm'y mechanism of real estate rating agency in China, which include clarifying legislation principles, intensifying legislation regime construction and strengthening accountability system for failures of regulation.
