摘要
采用萃取法分离出氯丙烯氯醇化反应得到的溶液中的二氯丙醇,并对萃取工艺进行优化:选择磷酸三辛酯为萃取剂,萃取剂与二氯丙醇溶液的质量比为0.6∶1,萃取剂分成5份萃取5次,萃取率达到99.8%。萃取得到的油层与质量分数为10%的NaOH溶液在负压下进行皂化反应,皂化收率可以达到93%以上。萃取剂和萃余水可以循环使用。
The dichloropropanol from the solution gained from allyl chloride chlorohydrination is separated by extraction. The extraction process is optimized by selecting triotyl phosphate as the extraetor, choosing the mass ratio of the extractor to dichloropropanol as 0.6: 1, and dividing the extraetor into 5 parts for 5 times' extraction. As a result, extraction yield reaches 99.8%. The oil layer obtained from extraction is saponified with 10% (wt.) caustic soda solution under the negative pressure, the saponifica- tion yield is above 93 %. The extractor and the residual water from the saponification can be recycled and reused.
