提高现浇大坡度混凝土屋面质量措施试验研究

摘要 在建筑市场上,大坡度现浇混凝土屋面的应用实例呈普遍化趋势,克服坡屋面混凝土工程质量通病势在必行。实践证明,靠传统工艺很难保证大坡度现浇混凝土屋面的工程质量,论文以实例介绍了现浇大坡度混凝土屋面的模板支设工艺和混凝土浇筑工艺的探索改进,成功解决了大坡度现浇混凝土屋面的施工技术难题,该施工工艺为陆续开工的群体工程提供了技术指导,并逐步形成工法。 In the building construction market, the application cases of the cast - in - site high sloping concrete building roof is general in tendency and it is the time to overcome the general problems of the sloping concrete project quality. The practices showed that the conventional technique would be hard to ensure the project quality of the cast - in - site sloping concrete building roof. With the project cases, the paper introduced the discovery and improvement on the model plate support and assembling technique and the concrete pouring technique for the sloping concrete building roof, which had successfully solved the construction technical problems of the sloping concrete building roof. The construction technique could provide the technical guidance and could be a construction method for the group projects to be followed in construction.
