小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

The Observation of Small Incision Windowed Discectomy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法成都体育学院附属体育医院2008年1月至2009年1月采用小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例,并与传统手术作比较。结果治疗组有效率达96.7%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组的切口长度、手术时间、手术出血量、卧床时间明显短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论小切口开窗式髓核摘除术腰椎间盘突出症疗效好,有利于患者早期康复,减少卧床时间,预防并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the small-incision windowed discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method In the affiliated sports hospital of Chengdu sports college from January 2008 to January 2009 using a small incision windowed discectomy for lumbar disc herniation 30 cases, compared with conventional surgery. Results In the treatment group was 96.7%, compared with the control group the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, treatment group was more effective than the control group. Treatment group incision length, operative time, surgical blood loss, bed rest time was shorter in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small incision windowed discectomy lumbar intervertebral disc herniation Beneficial to patients with early rehabilitation, reducing bed time, to prevent complications.
