摘要
目的:通过对2009年某院95例社区获得性肺炎患者使用抗菌药物的调查与分析,为临床治疗社区获得性肺炎提供理论依据。方法:抽取某院2009年所有社区获得性肺炎患者的病历,对其抗菌药物应用情况进行统计分析,以药物利用指数(DUI)作为分析判断指标。结果:DUI为0.9～1.1品种有17种,占56.67%,DUI小于0.9的品种有4种,占13.33%,DUI大于1.1的品种有9种,占30%。平均每人使用2.94种抗菌药物,每日抗菌药物费用为216.64元。结论:某院对社区获得性肺炎患者的抗菌药物应用基本合理,但仍有9种品种DUI大于1.1,存在一定的日剂量及给药频次不规范等问题,应加强合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To review the utilization of antibiotics in 95 patients with community-acquired pneumonia in our hospital for providing theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease. METHODS： The medical records of all the community-acquired pneumonia cases in 2009 in our hospital were collected for statistical analysis of the utilization of anibiotics using drug utilization index （ DUI ） as indicator. RESULTS： The DUIs of 17 kinds （56. 67% ） of antibiotics ranged from 0. 9 to 1. 1; the DUIs of 4 kinds （13. 33% ） stood at 0. 9 and the DUIs of 9 kinds （30% ） stood at greater than 1. 1. 2. 94 kinds of antibiotics on average were used per patient and the daily cost of antibiotics was 216. 64 yuan. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibiotics in community-acquired pneumonia patients in this hospital is rational on the whole. However,the DUIs of 9 kinds of antibiotics are greater than 1. 1 and the daily dose and DDDs etc were far from standard,thus it is urgent to strengthen rational drug use.
