2007～2009年我院骨伤科口服中成药使用情况分析

Utilization of Oral Chinese Patent Medicines in Traumatic Orthopedic Department of Our Hospital During 2007 ～ 2009

目的:通过分析骨伤科口服中成药在我院使用情况及变化趋势,为提高药品管理水平、临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:根据我院2007～2009年骨伤科口服中成药销售量和销售金额,采用药品用药频率(DDDs)排序分析法,计算DDDs、日用药金额、药物利用指数(DUI),对结果进行统计分析。结果:骨伤科口服中成药销售金额逐年上升,DDDs同步性较好。结论:我院骨伤科口服中成药应用基本合理,疗效确切、价格合理的品种在临床使用中占据优势。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization tendency of oral Chinese patent medicines in traumatic orthopedic patients of our hospital so as to provide scientific basis for improving drug control and clinical rational drug use. METHODS： Based on the consumption amount and consumption sum of oral Chinese patent medicines in the traumatic orthopedic department of our hospital during 2007 ～ 2009,DDDs ordering method was employed to compute DDDs,DDC and DUI,with the computed results analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum of oral Chinese patent medicines in our hospital increased year by year with DDDs showing good synchronism. CONCLUSION： The utilization of oral Chinese patent medicines in the traumatic orthopedic patients of our hospital is rational on the whole,and those with proved efficacy and reasonable prices are dominantly used clinically.
