2005～2008年我院麻醉性镇痛药应用情况分析

Utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Our Hospital During 2005 ～ 2008

目的:评估我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况,为临床合理应用麻醉性镇痛药提供参考。方法:对我院2005～2008年麻醉性镇痛药的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:我院4年来吗啡缓释片、控释片用量大幅度增加,吗啡注射液变化不大,哌替啶注射液、片剂呈下降趋势。结论:我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用从品种、剂型到给药途径均渐趋合理。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospitial for references of clinical rational ultilization of narcotic analgesics. METHODS： The consumption data of narcotic analgesics in our hospital during 2005 ～ 2008 was analayzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption of the extended-release tablets or controlled-release tablets of Morphine increased sharply in our hospital over the four years,while that of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection experienced little change and that of Pethindine preparations （injection and tablets） presented a downtrend. CONCLUSION： The utilization of narcotic nanlgesics in our hopspital tended to be rational in variety, dosage form and route of administration.
