摘要
本文对一种微型专用鼓风机拟定结构的两种叶片安装形式进行了运动、动力、摩擦方面的理论分析与计算,给出了两个特殊位置时叶片的侧向及端部摩擦力,并讨论了把叶片偏置后对侧向摩擦力的影响。分析与计算表明,对一次完整的循环运行而言,传统的叶片偏置形式并不能有效地降低叶片的侧向摩擦,而仅在某部分区域内有效。
This paper is concerned with theoretical analysis and calculations about the motion,dynamic and friction of the vanes erected in two ways in a micro special air pump. It gives us a lateral and external friction forces of vanes on two special phases, and discusses the influences of the lateral friction forces by the vanes deflected. But the analysis and calculations show that, for one completec circulate movement, usual biasing states of the vanes can not reduce the lateral friction of the vanes, it is only efficient in some zones.
