摘要
本文提出了系统关联矩阵的概念,在此基础上提出了故障诊断的一种新方法——基于关联矩阵的诊断方法。关联矩阵的方法可以很好地解决故障诊断中的信息冗余、多信息融合、可诊断性的一些问题。关联矩阵诊断方法的核心是系统关联方程和系统测量方程。该方法能将测量信号的分析处理和故障的定位很好地结合起来。
In the paper, the concept of system relationship matrix is presented, subsequently, a new diagnosis method based on relationship matrix is given. The properties of relationship matrix are discussed. With the method offered, the problems such as information redundancy, multi information syncretising and diagnosability of faults can be resolved effectively. System measuring equations and system relationship equations are the key problems in the method. System measuring equations describes the behavior and output (measuring) of the system. System relationship equations describes the relation between the system components. The signal analysis can be conveniently linked with the fault location by this method.
