摘要 【目的】通过对蜂毒肽和神蜂精体外抗HSV-1病毒作用的研究,为蜂毒的开发和神蜂精的应用提供参考。【方法】通过VERO细胞培养法,采用观察细胞病变(CPE)和噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞活性,观察蜂毒肽和神蜂精抗HSV-1病毒感染的作用。【结论】蜂毒肽和神蜂精都具有良好的抗HSV-1病毒作用。 [Objective] To provide references to the exploitation of bee venom and application for Shen Fengjing, we researched the in vitro antiviral effects of melittin and Shen Fengjing on HSV-1. [Method] The activities of cells were tested by CPE and MTT through the culture of VERO cell, and the effects of melittin and Shen Fengjing on HSV-1 were observed. [Results] they all have good antiviral activity.
